My very last week in Juncos

What a week!!! This is also was my very last week here in Juncos, I am being transferred to Cabo Rojo. My new companion's name is Elder Noble. He's from the Dominican Republic.

My new area

I am so sad but happy to leave. I am ready to see the other parts of the Island but I am going to miss Juncos, this is my home. I started here and I don't want to leave but I know that the Lord has different plans for me.

This week was great we are getting new people to teach we are having different things going for us and I am going to miss them all.

I had to pack today for the first time since the MTC and packing for me today felt as if I was packing when I left Arizona. I almost started to cry, it was bad but I am ready for a new adventure!!!

All packed up and ready to go

People here are so awesome and so respectful to us!!!!

I love you all but I have to go. I am so sorry that this is such a short letter but I want to share with you my testimony:

I know that this gospel is true, I know that we all have purposes in this life, I know that we don't why things happen to us but I know that the Lord knows and he will never ever leave our side he will always be there for us no matter how hard it is he will be there to help us. I know that there are people that we might not get along with but if you truly try to get a long the Lord will bless us much.

I love you all and miss you all. I will send my new address next week.

Great Week - Week 23, Juncos, PR

Well this week was amazing. We had so many miracles and food appointments, this was the most food I have had in a long time.

This week things were different with Elder Fox and myself we are getting better at working together. This transfer was hard for me but it is coming to an end here next week. Maybe I will stay and maybe I will be transferred but I do know that I will do whatever the Lord needs me to do.

I know that the Lord will bless me no matter. I know we are given trials and we need to overcome them the Lord will always help us and he will always be there for us no matter what.

I love this Gospel so much and I am so grateful it to be in my life. I know that the Lord has blessed me greatly. I love all the blessings in my life and one of the best blessing in my life is my Father!!!! I am so grateful for all that he has done for me and I wish he were here to help me but I know that he is helping me from far away. I love you dad and I miss you.

I hope all the fathers had a great day yesterday and got to spend time with their families yesterday. I love all the Father figures in my life. You have all helped with my whole life, Thank you Grandpa, Brandon, Corey, Ryan, and my dad you all have helped me so much and I am grateful for all that you have done.

Work is going great here and the members are starting to work with us more and helping us offering us rides and food it is awesome.

We are always working and finding new people to teach and we are working more with Less actives to I love this work and am so grateful for it in my life because I want to help everyone I can.

I love you all and I am so grateful for all that you guys do for me.

Week 22 in Juncos

Elders Blaine, Fox, and Moss
This week was great I am so sorry for such a short letter last week I ran out of time. I had to get an Elder to the doctors office for an appointment. He is doing great. We had a lot happen this week. We are always finding new people to teach.

I am so grateful for this opportunity to serve me Brother, Savior, and My Father in Heaven. I know that this isn't the easiest thing to be doing but I know that it is the right thing to do.

I love this work and all that it has done for me. Because of this work my mom is a member of this gospel and I want to help everyone to be able to have the same opportunity. I am so grateful for this opportunity to be here in Puerto Rico because the Lord needs me here to help these people.

I just want to share with you my testimony and why I know this gospel is true.

I know that with all my heart that the Savior came and established his gospel on the Earth for us and that because of him we all can live again and become like him. We can receive his image in our countances (sorry for my spelling) I know that we were all here to be tested and tried and that this was not meant to be easy. I know that we will all face challenges in our lives and that the Lord will protect and help us through everything.

We are doing great always talking to everyone and sharing the message with everyone that we see.

I know that this message will bless the lives of many.

People here all believe in Christ and all he has done for us.

I love you all and am so grateful for all that you guys do for me.

A Week of Firsts - Week 21 in Juncos

This is a week of firsts for me.

First I was bit by a dog but nothing happened I just kicked it in the mouth!!!!!

Another we had 3 investigators offer to feed us and yes we accepted the food.

Another I went to a Catholic church.

Another is I threw up in front of a member and not only a member it was P.

Um that's about it for the firsts.

Now onto my week!!!!!!!

Holy cow 21 weeks here in Juncos only like 3 left!!!!!

But our investigators are doing great we are finding new investigators it is awesome. We have a guy named B - he is really cool he feed us and accepted to baptized.

Another one is CJ - he also fed us and he also accepted to be baptized and he is really cool and he is really interested.

Also D and M is a great husband and wife. We had a great experience with them. We were teaching the Holy Ghost and we asked when they have felt it in their life and the husband said that that day he felt it. He wasn't going to let us in but something in his heart told him to let us in and to feed us and he did and ahhhh I love the Holy Ghost, it works in such amazing ways.

C is still doing good he is really changing his heart.

I am so grateful for this gospel and all the blessings it has given to me and my family. I love you all and miss you I hope you have great week with all the different camps and stuff this week.

I am sorry this letter is so short this week I really don't have much time have to go to Caguas for the day!!!!!

But I love you all so much!!!!!!!!!!

Holy Cow Week 20!!!!!

I can't believe I have been here in Juncos this long. I really love it here and all the people here they are such good and kind people.

To start off I want to thank everyone for the birthday wishes I had a really great day it was a lot of fun. The Tuesday before we had district meeting and the sisters in our district surprised me with a very delicious birthday cake, and then the next day the Elders gave me a great day. I had a special wake up call, Elder Jambati and Elder Beecroft came in with silly string and the confetti from my boxes and threw it on top of me and yelled happy birthday!!!!! After that Elder Jambati did a Latino tradition where you grab an egg and smash it on the persons head and then you throw flour on there head as well. I have to admit I looked pretty good with white hair ;)

But anyways on to my week:

A lot happened this week but to start off [Mom asked about some people from earlier in Elder Moss's mission]

P: the reason she hasn't been in here very much is because she asked us not to come back and so we respected that and haven't really visited her.

G is doing great she is a Primary teacher and she is really helping the missionaries here in Juncos and Humacao. She is a very strong member in church.

Now onto our investigators

B: he is a great guy he is from the Midwest and he loves what we are here doing. He is interested in the message and he keeps asking us to come back. We have taught him the first two lessons and have committed him to be baptized, we don't have a date yet because we have to wait untill after he gets married. He is really cool he gave us an amazing meal. I haven't had that big of a meal in a long time.

C: he is still about the same. we don't really know what to do he keeps coming to church which is a great thing but he still doesn't believe in Jesus Christ.

M: he is doing good. he hasn't yet come to church yet but he keeps telling us that he wants to so we are going to keep working with him and hopefully he comes to church one day.

J: he is doing good he has started listening again and he wants to change his life but he hasn't come to church yet which is ok we will help him to get there.

D: this is a little difficult. she didn't seem very interested while we were there but we did talk to another one of her family members and she was a little receptive to our message and mom I did talk to Sister Hefner on the phone she is doing great and she is very happy we found her family.

But thats about all we have right now.

Guess what I am in Alma 39 I love reading the Book of Mormon (YES I said I LOVE and READING in the same sentence). The Book of Mormon is different than anything else and I am just really enjoying it.

It has been raining a lot here recently and it has felt amazing!!!!! I love the rain and the amazing weather. We have entered into Hurricane season and it is starting to feel nice over here but its also really hot because of the humidity.

Its really sad about L. Tom Perry he lived a very long life. [For those of you who do not know who L. Tom Perry is, he was a member of our church leadership in Salt Lake City. You can read about this wonderful man here] Its going to be weird with a new Member of the twelve but I am excited to see who gets called.

I love you all and I miss you so much!!!!!! I hope you all had a great week and I can't wait to hear from you again next week...
